Animal friendly room to let Chalfont St Peter

I am due to move to a large farm style house with a half acre of land in Chalfont St Peter / Chalfont Common side by the end of March.. Right now we are in a first floor maisionette in the same area. There is one double room free there and my existing tenants will come with me when I move.

I am specifically interested in renting to someone with a dog as I lost mine recently and miss having an animal around the house. Must be animal friendly either way in case I get another one. I understand this may be difficult for a first floor maisonette but I had a husky there who was fine with it. The new place is a fantastic spot for animals.

I know from past experience how hard it is to fina an animal friendly rental hence I am targetting animal people first however anyone is welcome to apply.

Currently one M, one F and one non-binary so inclusivity and non-bias is a must as well.
