Double room with live in landlady and her dog

The room is spacious and adjacent to the guest bathroom, which is only used by you and occasional guests (mainly my kids, who are professional adults, with busy lives of their own).
I work part time, providing mainly online training, fund-raising, research and but also have face to face contact with young families.
My 16 months old Springer Spaniel is super cute, currently going through his teenage period and we are both in training to become more mature. So, it is important that whoever comes to live in our house is open and understanding of dog (and human) psychology and behaviour and enjoys a dog's company.
I have a fairly regular lifestyle, dog walks, Yoga, Qigong, am trying to eat healthy. I am looking for a lodger, ideally a professional, who has a placement or contract, and needs a calm place, for 3 to 6 months. If we get on, I am open to negotiate a longer let.
