Double Room in a Quiet 2-Bedroom Flat

I’m looking for a flatmate to share my two-bedroom flat. The available room is a good-sized double room with a double bed and a massive TV already in the room. Some of the existing furniture can also be removed if you’d prefer to bring your own things and make the space your own.
The flat is a quiet and relaxed home, shared between just two people, so there’s no large household or constant coming and going. The bathroom and kitchen are shared between us.
I work Monday to Friday and usually leave early in the morning and get back late, so I’m out of the house for most of the day during the week. I’m generally around more on Saturdays and Sundays.

Overall, it’s a simple, peaceful setup that would suit someone looking for a quiet place to live without the usual busy house-share environment.
