Double room

A furnished south facing double room in a friendly and busy professional household, within a minute of bus stops, Gold Hill Common and shops.
The room is light, and there is a double bed, chair and plenty of storage. There is a communal kitchen, patio and garden. I have broadband wireless internet.
It is an ideal base for a professional or a mature student, or overseas visitor looking for somewhere quiet to stay.
You would be sharing the house with myself, the owner, I am part free lance writer, VIG trainer and involved with a local non profit organisation supporting parents and babies and part time NHS. I either work from home, or am out all day, My dog is medium
Sized, super friendly, and getting a bit old now. My son is just moving out in July. He and my daughter visit occasionally on a weekend, or I go to see them.
I like to have an occasional chat or meal together but am respectful of another's personal space. I am ideally looking for a female professional.
