Description
The ideal room for a professional person who wants a comfortable and quiet home to return to at the end of the working day.
It's exceptionally good value (including only £200 deposit) so I get the right person.

The room is an ENORMOUS loft style double bedroom with a comfortable, large Kings Size bed.
You are at the top of the house with your own internal, lockable entrance so you get lots of peace and quiet. The room is lightly furnished and the rent (and deposit) are competitive to make sure we get the right person.
It’s a friendly, exceptionally clean and quiet (No pets and no smokers!) house. You have shared use of the kitchen and shower room.
The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer and washing machine.
All bills (electricity, gas, council tax, broadband internet, water) are included in the rent, as well as all cleaning materials, toilet paper etc. The only thing you will need to buy is clothes washing liquid.
There is an Amazon parcel pick up point 30 seconds walk, so you never need to worry about missing your parcel collections.
Street parking is always available near the house.
You will receive a Spareroom Lodger's Agreement and receipt for your deposit so you are fully protected.
The house backs onto open spaces and the Chiltern Hills, yet is within walking distance of Chesham station. Chesham is great for commuting in to London (under an hour on tube/train direct from Chesham/Amersham) and is close to the M25/ M40/ M1.
The accommodation isn’t suitable for "Working from Home”.
It's a great house to live in, but don't take my word for it.

Nearby there are also other well-stocked shops, pubs and GP point. The distance to the heart of Chesham is about 10-15 minutes walk.
