Have a double room, it is well kept, in a clean safe quiet environment in a shared flat.

Recently refurbished.

The rent includes bills (electric, gas, council tax and water).

I do not take a deposit, but a reservation fee (equivalent to 2 weeks rent).

This is suitable for a single person, who must be clean and quiet. The other occupants are nice quiet people.

Located very close to the train station, 5 minute walk to the town centre.

Only contact me if you need to move immediately and please be mindful I will not accept anyone that consumes drugs or excess alcohol.

No smoking is permitted inside the property.

Rent to be paid monthly.

You must be working full time, as you will need to prove affordablilty.
