Have a double room, recently refurbished (see attached video), it is well kept, in a clean and quiet environment.

Accomadation is a few minutes walk to the town centre, close to the bus stop and train station.

Suitable only for a SINGLE person only.

Availble to move into now.

The rent does NOT include bills. But the bills will not be more then one hundred and forty five pounds a month.

I do not take a deposit, but a reservation fee (equivalent to 2 weeks rent, which can be deducted at the end of the tenancy).

This is suitable for a single person, who must be clean and quiet.

Located very close to the train station, 5 minute walk to the town centre.

No smoking is permitted inside the property.

Rent be paid monthly.

You must be working full time, as you will need to prove affordablilty by showing last 3 wage slips.
