Accomadation is a few minutes walk to the town centre, close to the bus stop and train station.
Suitable only for a clean quiet SINGLE person only.
One other lady lives in the flat.
Availble to move into immediately.
The rent does include bills.
I do not take a deposit, but a reservation fee (equivalent to 2 weeks rent, which can be deducted at the end of the tenancy).
No smoking is permitted inside the property.
Rent be paid monthly.
You must be working full time, as you will need to prove affordablilty by showing last 3 wage slips.
