I do not take a deposit, but a reservation fee (equivalent to 2 weeks rent, which can be deducted at the end of the tenancy).

This is suitable for a single person, who must be clean and quiet.

Located very close to the train station, 5 minute walk to the town centre.

No smoking is permitted inside the property.

Rent be paid monthly.

You must be working full time, as you will need to prove affordablilty by showing last 3 wage slips.
