And the windows are fitted with blinds not the curtains you see in the main pictures. WiFi is also included with all bills. All appliances are included such as fridge freezer, Dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob. There is one parking space available for this flat but there is also free parking on the road. I do not have a garden but there is a huge field and forest approximately 2 mins walk from the flat. Please feel free to ask any questions. I want someone who is looking long term for minimum 6-12 months. The other tenant is a 23 year old working male professional who works local in Chesham. The flat share is £800 paid monthly and that includes all bills and WiFi. I will require a months rent in advance
