Looking for a flatmate as my partner and i decided to part ways.

Ive recently moved to Chesham myself from London and love the area, quiet location with the town centre and underground station a 10 minute walk away.

Please bear with me on the spare room as it does hold some of my belongings which im in the process of moving them out, i am also repainting the room to give it a fresh look.
Room has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, night stand and also a storage cupboard with a shelf and rail.

If you are looking to move in with your own furniture i am able to remove what you dont need

Ive refurbished the property recently and as stated the double room offered is being repainted. Double room also has storage cupboard with a rail. There is extra storage in the property and if needed there is more space in the garage.

As the garage is decent sized im in the process of turning this into a home gym as i have a running machine etc. - of course you’d be welcomed to use if you fancy.

We have a lovely garden at the rear which our neighbour and i are in the process of getting it ready for summer,. 1 bathroom at the property with a bath. Kitchen has ample storage and there is also 2 fridges with freezers, and a new cooker that has recently been installed.

I do have 2 cats Desmond and Dora! They are very placid and will love pets from you.

Im a civil servant based in London - Im not pedantic about cleaning but i do like to keep it clean tidy as much as possible, so im hoping to find a flatmate on the same level as all the furniture in the property is mine and not the landlords.

I like to go for long walks and finding cosy pubs so if you’re down you are welcome to come along.

Although its Covid rules at the moment, im really relaxed about potential flatmates having friends and family over - we have a nice garden so it be good to enjoy in the summer!!
