Offering my flat for a shortlet during April. It's a 1 bedroom spacious flat and fully furnished, and is 3-minute walk from Chesham tube station, with the Metropolitan line running every 30 minutes to King's Corss/Farringdon/Barbican (line runs from 6am till midnight everyday and journey to King's Corss takes about 1 hour). Located on the lively cobbled high street of Chesham town with many eateries and cafes from your doorstep. Close proximity to a few gyms. Lots of green and outdoor spaces in the area with footpaths/cycling routes. The apartment is equipped with these amenities: Oven, hob, laundry machine, microwave, kettle, fridge and kitchen appliances (no dishwasher and no tumble dryer - drying racks are available). I am looking for a single occupant, professional or student, for the month of April who is responsible and who can take care of the place while enjoying their stay at my home.
