The bathroom is not en-suite, but on the same floor.
The house has large kitchen, sitting & dining room, and a garden.
There is residential on street parking.

Bills included are: gas, electricity, water, TV licence, broadband, council tax Band C.

During winter, the house is heated to a certain temperature in morning and evening. If this needs to be adjusted, the price for bills may need to be amended.

I am a professional working partly from home.
The room would suit someone who would like to make this their home. Can be a smoker if not smoking in the house.
