Large double room in family home

We are a family of 4, with two young children and a small dog and we have a large spare room (16ft 11" x 11ft) to rent out in an end of terrace house. Council Tax band C.
The room is a large double room at the front of the house. It is furnished with plenty of space to bring your own furniture too if needed.
Our two children are 3 and 5 and are at school Monday - Fridays. I (Gemma) work as a doula and my hours vary each week. Daniel works as a carpenter in the film industry and is out of the house early every morning Monday to Friday and often Saturdays too. We have a small dog and are also in the process of getting chickens :-). We have had lodgers in the past and we're a very relaxed, friendly house and you're welcome to be as involved and as sociable as you wish.
We have recently finished renovating and the kitchen and bathroom are brand new. You will be sharing these spaces, as well as the living room. There is no off street parking, but always a space on the road and we are located between Amersham and Chesham towns, which can be walked to. We have a lovely moor and woods within 2 minutes walk. We would consider a tenant with a small dog, providing they get on well with ours and the children.
The main characteristics we are looking for in a tenant is that they are easy going and happy to be living with a family. We do not expect any child minding at all.
