Hi I am a professional for a electrical engineering company and recently moved to the area due to the proximity to my work. The house is 1100sf (110sm) so is really spacious and I’m looking for someone male or female who I can live with and ideally do some things together.
The room dimensions are 4.47mx3.11m so loads of space for a double bed, work from home station, wardrobe etc.
Also I have recently installed an en-suite for my bedroom so there will be 2 bathrooms between 2 people which is pretty ideal!
Also I have a garage and there is on street parking which is £60 for the year.
I am still decorating downstairs so don’t have great photos yet.
This will also come with a bed furnished.
