We have a large en-suite bedroom available from approximately 8th August.
The annexe has three en-suite bedrooms, two of which are currently taken. It is self contained and has its own front door accessed via the pathway to the right of the house.
The bedroom has a double bed, two bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, triple wardrobe with mirror & coat hooks, armchair, large desk and additional chair. There is an en-suite bathroom (with shower over the bath). The room is for single occupancy and non-smokers only.
There is a shared fully equipped kitchen with lots of cupboard space, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and a utility room with another fridge/freezer and a washer/drier. There is a large lounge with kitchenette/oven and dining area, TV and virgin media broadband.
The communal areas, i. e. lounge, kitchen, utility room, stairs and landing, are professionally cleaned each week. All utility bills, electricity, gas, water, council tax, etc. are included in price.
There is a car parking space on the driveway for each room. Also at the rear there is a patio and large garden, and a shared shed (with digital lock for bicycle storage, etc.)
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in Chesham's attractive old town. It is also very near to open countryside such as the Pednor loop, which is popular for walking, running and cycling.
Chesham Town Centre/shops and the Metropolitan Line Station are just a 7-10 minute walk away.
