Ensuite Room In Character House With Large Garden

We are offering a comfortable pretty room with ensuite bathroom and walk in cupboard in a beamed house in the village of Coleshill. The room is on the ground floor approached through the sitting room. There are French doors from the bedroom to a large garden. Coleshill is a traditional village 10 min drive from Amersham and 10 min drive from Beaconsfield. The owner of the house has a car that she might lend to the tenant sometimes in exchange for the occasional lift to Amersham tube station. There are only a couple of buses a day so the person who rents either needs to use a bike or drive.
We are looking for someone independent and friendly. The lady who owns the house is a feisty independent 94 year old. She doesn't require any caring. She sleeps upstairs in the house.
You will share the kitchen and have your own fridge. There is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Wifi and all bills included. The house is nice and warm.
