We are looking for a new lodger for a self-contained studio annex at our property in Cosgrove. The property is a canalside converted brewery building .

The room consits of a shared entrance leading to a large downstairs room, off which a coridor connects to the studio annex. The annex contains a bedroom area, small living area and kitchenette, all on one level. There is a shower room accessed off the corridor next to the room. The studio has parking available outside for two cars.

Please note, the studio is not wheelchair accessable as it has steps leading to the entrance and internally to reach the studio.

All bills, including council tax, are included in the monthly rent. Broadband is included.
