Welcome to our family home - we are myself - Mum, in my early fifties, two of my daughters in their late teens and a male lodger in his thirties.

We live in the quiet village of Cosgrove, which boasts opportunities for countryside walks / flat cycle rides / fishing and canoeing etc in the canal and river which both run through the village.

Having your own transport is advisable, as we are ten miles from central milton keynes and three miles from the nearest town - historical Stony Stratford.

We have a fairly secluded garden, and off road parking. All bills are included - with a fully stoked kitchen ad access to al amenities.

We have a communal bath with jacuzzi and a communal lounge area in the kitchen.

Our existing tenant has a Staffy dog who is adorable and very friendly and well behaved - plus my youngest daughter has a cat.

Your room overlooks the local park and is a beautiful sun trap in the mornings. The room has recently been decorated and has a brand new carpet.

We all work full time, so the house is quiet during the day. We have our own social lives, but enjoy gathering spontaneously in the kitchen - mainly around meal times. The weekday evenings are quiet - whilst as weekends there can be more noise up until 11pm , as the teenagers often have their friends overnight.
