The House
At the top of Downley, our place has a spacious living room with beautiful views over the town—your daily sunset subscription included. The house is fully furnished and kept clean and calm. Two toilets and one bath (two loos = no queues).

Kitchen Kit
Oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, washing machine with dryer and central heating. Everything you need for meal prep or air-fry.

The Room
A single room, unfurnished—perfect blank canvas. If you want help furnishing (bed/wardrobe/desk), we can support.

Timing & Term
Our current flatmate is moving out, so we need to fill the room urgently. The tenancy runs to 15 January and will be renewed—we’re ideally looking for someone happy to continue for the upcoming contract as well.
