Lovely large room with own entrance and parking

We have a large annex room available to rent (used to be the kids den) in our friendly home. It has its own entrance to property, furnished and with broadband.
You have your own shower room and shared use of the kitchen (just my husband and I.... and the cat). There is a washing machine, kitchen cupboard and fridge and freezer space.

There is also parking for a car.

Although looking for a Mon-Fri tenant we do not use the room so you would be able to keep belongs etc in the room.

We smoke outside only so no smell in the house.

Bus stops 20 metres up the road and only a 10 min walk into the town centre, corner shop opposite (so no worry of running out of milk!).

PS room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk/chair, bedside table, TV and microwave
