Double room in nice location

I have a furnished double room available in the Water Eaton area of Milton Keynes. which is a 10 minute walk to Bletchley train station or Bletchley town centre. Tesco's, Asda's, etc are nearby.
I have storage for a bicycle, or there is free on-road parking if you drive. The neighbourhood is quiet, so I would expect whoever moved in to respect this. There is a canal nearby and over the other side of that is a lovely park, which is perfect for walks, jogs, etc.
I have large lounge and kitchen with dining room table, and I'm happy for people to have friends over.
I’m not at home a lot of the time due to work and other commitments, so whoever moved in would more or less have the house to themselves from 8am - 9pm each evening.

I also have a cat; he’s got free access to the house minus bedroom for rent when I’m there (just kitchen, hall, landing, my room and garden when he’s by himself!), so you’d need to be happy to have him popping in and out.

The house definitely has my personal stamp in decoration, but it has been completely refurbished throughout early 2013. There are two bathrooms, though the main bathroom with shower/ bath would be shared. The bedroom is available furnished or unfurnished.
