The house is an old converted barn in a lovely village near Buckingham/Brackley

The garden has been recently landscaped and there is lots of common/shared space.

I am very active and have interests in gaming/fencing/reading/languages/socialising

I have two dogs, they're both 13 so both very chilled out but they can and will escape the garden if the gate is not locked.
One is a husky so you might hear him "singing the song of his peoples" but otherwise it's a tranquil house in a quiet area.

My son stays with me one weekend every other week so on these days noise at night time is a consideration but your room is at the far end of the house so it's no major issue.
