The bedroom for rent is a double bed, memory foam mattress, with wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and chair. There is a private bathroom, not en-suite, but directly next door to the bedroom for your exclusive use whilst staying.

We have a modern, clean, tidy home that is centrally heated and offers broadband use. There is off street parking on a gravel drive. The family have a pet dog at the property who does shed hair, she is friendly and affectionate.

Non of the bedrooms in the property have locks on the doors, although the bathrooms do. There is a family swimming pool in the garden for your use and a hot tub. the pool is only heated during the summer months.

We have a calm, quiet, professional atmosphere in the home and there is also a private sitting room for your use whilst you stay with us. This would be shared with one other guest.

The kitchen is a large room with dining table and chairs. The oven is a large range type cooker and is available for your use. We have a dishwasher and microwave also in the kitchen for your use. You are welcome to use our utensils, cutlery, pans etc. Our expectation of our guests is that they tidy up after themselves and retain the standards of hygiene in place. A private fridge is available for our guests and you would be sharing this with one other person.

We would prefer a working professional who does not need to work from home that requires up to four nights a week accommodation. Preference would be given to individuals requiring 2 or more consecutive nights as this reduces the cost of laundering sheets and towels.
