Please note that this accommodation is for Monday evening to Friday morning. It is ideally suited to someone who has their family home elsewhere but needs to work in this area. The accommodation is not offered as permanent full time.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and is ground floor with a lovely shower room and WC just outside. There is a utility room attached with fridge, kettle, sink, induction hob, washing machine, combi microwave, slow cooker and toaster. The accommodation is not suitable for somebody who likes to do a lot of cooking. There is a separate door to the garden. There is off street parking in a safe, friendly, quiet and pleasant environment. One months notice required before vacating.
