Double room in country cottage

Beautiful Country Cottage in rural Village, close to trains into London and in walking distance of pubs and restaurants.

Room is a double and house has garden, decking, and patio for summer BBQs. There is also a front room, dining room and reasonable sized kitchen, plus a secure shed to store bikes and garden bits. Parking is on the street out the front, though there are no reserved slots. Bills Include everything including 900mbs Fiber Optic broadband & TV licence. The room currently has a large double bed and a wardrobe.

I'm looking for a young professional guy or lady, I'm not to fussed as long as you're clean and tidy, (unfortunately I'm a bit old for student parties all night sorry guys), I don't mind if you smoke just not in the house, I'm pretty easy going and happy to socialise.

Also it's just me and you, so no que for the bathroom, and no I don't have any pets

Guests are fine, just let me know and advance and every week etc
