We live in a private estate, 10 mins walk from Gerrards Cross train station. Our garage was converted 2 years ago into a bright, cosy, insulated self-contained annex. The sofa pulls out to a double bed. This is a proper bed with a proper pocket sprung mattress.
The “kitchen” area consists of a sink, a fridge, a kettle and an electric ring hob, a bar table a two bar stools.
The ensuite shower room works very well. Everything is new and the annex comes furnished.
The annex has its own front door and access is via the secure side gate.
There is access to our private and pretty back garden.
We are looking for an individual only. A student would be preferred.
£900 pcm inclusive of all bills (electricity, gas, council tax and broadband (high speed SWISH broadband).There is access to cooking facilities and laundry facilities in the main house.
There is no space the driveway and no street parking on our road, however, plenty of free parking available in the immediate area.
