We live in a private estate, 10 mins walk from Gerrards Cross train station. We are situated 4.7 miles from The NFTS in Beaconsfield, which is accessible by train (1 stop on Chiltern Rail) and bus (Chiltern 102).
Ideal for NFTS student, which is my preferred lodger. Someone who is easy to get along with and is comfortable fitting in with family life (my grown up children come and go).
The space - Our garage was converted 3 years ago into a bright, cosy, insulated self-contained annex. The sofa pulls out to a double bed. This is a proper bed with a proper pocket sprung mattress. (However, I can furnish with a small double bed in addition to the sofa, if preferred)
The “kitchen” area consists of a sink, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster and an electric ring hob, a bar table with two bar stools. There is no oven.
The ensuite shower room works very well. Everything is new (3 yrs) and the annex comes furnished.
The annex has its own front door and access is via a secure side gate.
There is access to our private and pretty back garden.
We are looking for an individual only. A student would be preferred.
£950 pcm inclusive of all bills (electricity, gas, council tax and broadband (high speed SWISH broadband).There is access to cooking facilities and laundry facilities in the main house.
There is no space the driveway and no street parking on our road, however, plenty of free parking available in the immediate area.
Deposit: Deposit is one months rent.
