We have a modern double bedroom to rent in a very clean and quiet house located 1 mile from the city centre (approx. 20 min by walk), 5 min from the bus stop, 3 min to the local centre, Co-Operative, GP, takeaway.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk. Parking space available.

We are looking for a professional with full time job, very quiet and clean person. Non-smokers, no couples please. Upfront deposit required.

Price is £600 per month including bills (electricity, gas, and high speed broadband with your own private network).
