Loving end-terrace 2 Bedroom House

This is a two-bedroom terrace house; fully furnished and en suite. A tranquil and quiet house. I am looking for a housemate for 1 to 6 months to share the house for the first instance (can be continued subject to the conditions). If you are interested, I can send you the link to this property. I preferred a no-smoker and no alcohol in the house. Easy to commute to Oxford / Aylesbury. Haddenham and Thame Parkway train station to London/Birmingham New Street.

You can either have a joint-tenancy agreement or I remain as the head tenant. For a joint-tenancy agreement you need to go through the same procedure that I had e. g. credit check, reference, income assessment, etc. No image at the moment; I will send a link upon request.

Rent will be different for a 1-month stay at £800/month and £780/month for more than 3 months.
