Furnished small double room available in pretty Buckinghamshire village which has great public transport links to nearby Thame, Aylesbury, Oxford, High Wycombe and London.
The room has a small double (4") bed, bedside table, shelves, built in wardrobe and additional storage space in the airing cupboard which is situated in the room.
The house is a well presented and cared for two up two down mid terrace with modern bathroom (bath and shower facilities).
There is a recently landscaped back garden and use of a garage if required.
I am a landlord occupier looking for someone friendly and respectful to share my home. I work for a national animal welfare charity. I have a small 6 year old dog who is well behaved and generally you don't know is there.
After nearly 8 months I'm fed up of living on my own so looking for someone who needs a home and would be happy to share a bottle of wine and a movie on occasion.
