Looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay during the working week?

I have a fully furnished single room available in my owner-occupied home in the village of Hanslope, just minutes from Hanslope Park and within easy reach of both Milton Keynes and Northampton.

The room includes a single bed, chest of drawers, hanging wardrobe, desk and fast Wi-Fi, making it ideal for someone working away from home. Bedding and towels can also be provided if required, so you can move in with minimal fuss.

This is a peaceful, owner-occupied home shared with three friendly cats. I'm looking for a respectful, tidy professional and fellow animal lover who appreciates a quiet household.

While you're very welcome to use the kitchen and shared facilities, this arrangement is best suited to someone who is happy treating the bedroom as their own private living space rather than looking for a highly social house share.

The home is LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming to people from all backgrounds. I'm ideally looking for a female lodger, although I'd also be pleased to hear from male professionals or apprentices who feel they'd be a good fit for the household.

On-street parking is available outside the property. I have one allocated off-road space for my own vehicle, although a small car may be able to park behind me by arrangement.

Rent is £400 per month with a £400 deposit. All bills are included, including Council Tax and Wi-Fi. This is a Monday-to-Friday let, making it ideal for someone working away from home.

References and proof of employment will be required. A current DBS check would be welcomed, but isn't essential.
