We are a friendly, socialble bunch looking to meet new friends! We are all professionals working locally for companies such as National Film and Television School, NWH, Sparta Global, Roundabout Productions, Greensteam.
Most of us were new to London Road when moving in – some recently, others over four years ago. We welcome new housemates and enjoy socialising together and there is always a birthday to celebrate!
The area has everything to offer from great public transport links on London Road to Beaconsfield, Chalfont’s, London, and Oxford and the M40 is a few minutes walk away. There are major retailers close by in The Rye Retail Park being 5 mins walk such as: M&S Foodhall. Hobbycraft, Pizza Hut, Tesco, PC World, Gym and in the town centre: Next, House of Fraser, Marks and Spencer, Zara, Topshop as well has a cinema’s, bowling and a Marks and Spencer.
Moderncourt is a local family business that has been creating great living places for sharing since 2010. We focus on finding the right houses and right housemates for you.
