Single room with bathroom and sitting room

We are offering a single room and you would have use of a sitting room downstairs and family size bathroom with a claw foot bath and separate shower (both shared with just one other person) :-)

We have a lovely, quiet, clean tidy house and would like to have a professional lodger that likes to live in that sort of environment. A non smoker would be preferred.

We are 1. 5 miles from High Wycombe town centre.

I am preferably looking for a Monday-Friday lodger but open to full time.
