This is a large Victorian house-share located on top of a hill for young professionals with great views of Wycombe; literally a 1 minute walk to train platform for London and 5mins walk to town.
Newly refurbished and decorated - Large very bright double room with brand new bed, quality furniture, 2 large wardrobes and a superb view across High Wycombe.. Very quiet, exceptionally clean house with a large garden and two large sheds for storage. All new cutlery and kitchen supplies provided. There's a dishwasher, new washing machine and tumble dryer. Currently occupied by 3 very tidy and very quiet professional flatmates (1 girl, 2 boys). Parking is available directly outside the house for extremely low cost. I stay in London mostly and current housemates are very quiet so the house is never busy and always exceptionally clean.
All bills included (gas, electric, council tax. TV license, broadband etc.)
I am always on hand and extremely reactive to any issues/repairs required etc. I provide a high standard of accommodation and living.
