This is a ground floor studio to rent in a great location, only a minutes walk to the station and a 7 minute walk into the Eden Shopping Centre. There is also a small folding dining table and chairs. The studio has a shower room with shower cubicle, basin and toilet. There is parking on the driveway for 2 cars but it is on a first come first served basis. Street parking is available for Zone C, a great permit to have as it covers most of the Eden town centre area at a cost of around just £50 for the year. We only take professional workers.
