THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house has been recently refurbished. to a very high standard. The kitchen includes a cooker, microwave, induction hob/extractor, large fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, large sink, breakfast bar and lots of cupboard space. The living room has a comfortable sofa/armchair with smart TV and Netflix included. There is a lovely garden and patio at the rear and communal areas are cleaned regularly by Ox Living.

THE ROOM 🛌
Room 1 (The Upper Green Room) is a fully furnished double bedroom and comes with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, a lounge chair and a desk and chair. You will share a bathroom with room 4 (The Loft room). ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.

The house is located in central High Wycombe on Upper Green Street. It is 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre and 10 minutes’ walk from the train station. This allows excellent transport links to London with a fast commuter train to Marylebone in under 30 minutes. It also offers easy access to the Cressex Business Park and Junction 4 and M40 is a 5-minute drive away. Wycombe hospital is also close by as well as amenities such as LIDL and ALDI.
