After a few years of break from renting, here is my double room back in the market. :)
I had a few lodgers before for years and they were couples every time from different age groups.
The price is for a single person, if you are a couple then the monthly rent is £800. The rent includes everything.
My flat located in a quiet cul-de -sac with parking if you need it. About 20 min walk from the station, 25 min walk from the town centre.
I'm not fussy about my lodgers, as long as you have a job and keep your room and the shared rooms after use clean and you are not a hoarder :)
No smoking and no drugs, that includes your visitors as well.
