Our shared house for professionals is in a nice residential area, just a 15 minute flat walk into town yet almost opposite Wycombe's largest park at Hughenden Manor. Shops, a supermarket and even a gym are all within a 10 minute walk
Bus stops to Wycombe and Aylesbury are outside the house; whilst for drivers, the M40 Junction 4, and the town's business parks are all within a 10 minute drive. For train commuters, the fast service to London Marylebone takes 30 minutes.
The open plan communal living area is furnished with sofas, coffee table, wide screen TV, and dining table and chairs; whilst the kitchen area is fitted with plenty of cupboards and modern appliances - fridges, freezers, ovens, and induction hobs. To ease congestion at busy times, these appliances and the sink are duplicated. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, sink and further storage space.
We also provide all necessary household equipment including, iron, ironing board, cleaning equipment, microwave, end even a kettle and toaster. A weekly cleaner is provided for the communal areas.
High speed fibre optic broadband is wired to every room and wi-fi internet is accessible throughout the house. Outside, an off street car parking space is allocated and a free to use lockable bike storage is also available.
The first floor ensuite room is fully furnished with a double bed, a wide screen TV, fitted wardrobe, desk and chair, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The ensuite is fitted with a large shower, WC and washbasin.
Our rents include all bills – gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, TV licence as well as internet. Rent for this room which will be available from early December 2025 (or possibly earlier by agreement) is £795 per month. A refundable deposit of £850 is registered with My Deposits, an independent tenant deposit protection scheme.
