Location
Our house is in a nice residential area, a 15 minute flat walk into town and the BNU campus, yet almost opposite Wycombe's largest park at Hughenden Manor.
Shops, a supermarket and even a gym are all within a 10 minute walk.
The house and rooms
The spacious semi detached house was specifically architect designed for shared but independent living.
Room 1: a double ensuite room on the first floor is fully furnished with a double bed, TV, fitted wardrobe, desk and chair, chest of drawers bedside cabinet and lamp.
Room 2: a single room also on the first floor shares a next door bathroom with just one other room and is similarly fully furnished.
Room 2: a double room on the penthouse top floor also shares a next door bathroom with just one other room and is similarly fully furnished.
The communal area is open plan with sofas and wide screen TV, whilst the kitchen area is fitted with plenty of cupboards and modern appliances - fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, induction hob. To ease congestion at busy times, the sink and many of the appliances are duplicated.
We provide all the necessary equipment including, iron, ironing board, cleaning equipment, microwave, end even a kettle and toaster.
High speed fibre optic broadband is wired to every room and wi-fi internet is accessible throughout the house.
Outside, off street car parking spaces can be booked and free to use lockable bike storage is available.
Rent and other information
Rent includes all bills – gas, electricity, water, TV licence and internet and is £155 per week for room 1, £136 per week for room 2, and £146 for room 3. Note that registered full-time students are exempt from Council Tax bills. As an added bonus and unlike BNU halls of residence, we don’t charge for using the washing machine!
A refundable deposit of £500 is registered with My Deposits, an independent tenant deposit protection scheme.
Viewings are by appointment with the landlord.
