To become a Dot Dot Dot guardian, you must:

- Be happy to volunteer 12 hours of your time each month to a charitable cause you care about
- Be open-minded, flexible, reliable, creative and resourceful
- Be over 18, not living with children or pets
- Demonstrate an annual income or savings of 30x the monthly licence fee.
- Evidence your right to rent in the UK
- Provide a solid move on plan for when you are given 28 days’ notice to leave the property
