Double Room

The bedroom has a bed which is between a single and double size, desk, wardrobe and bedside table. There is a lock on the door that locks from the inside and outside.
There is a shared bathroom downstairs, lounge, conservatory and large kitchen. Washing machine dryer and dishwasher.
I am in my 40s and and live at the property.
I am professional working full-time. I am active and sociable and go out a lot.

It is a four bed detatched house - I live here with one lodger who is clean and tidy. The other spare bedroom is sometimes occupied by one of my adult children who return home
The house is old and lived in, and the bathroom and kitchen are old. which is reflected in the price. However, there is plenty of space and hot water.
