I have a spacious double room available for a female in a unique, Victorian style 2 bed flat, located in a quiet residential area opposite the Rye Park. Viewing is highly recommended!

Move in date is 14th April 2026.

Situated conveniently close to High Wycombe train station and Wycombe town center - both each less than a 5 minute walk. There is a bus stop just outside of the property too. Everything you'd need is on your doorstep.

- All communal areas are fully furnished, including TV, microwave, and washing machine etc.

- The room comes with a large wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside table. Current flatmate is happy to leave her bed if required.

- Bills - council tax, electric, broadband is not included in the rent. Council tax band is C . On average, bills come to £180 pcm +/-

I am a female, 34 years old working professional who occupies the second room and looking for a new flatmate. I'm friendly, clean and sociable, but equally respectful of space. I would love to share the flat with a female likeminded.

I work from home for most of the week but occasionally travel into the office.
