I am renting a lovely bright double room in my apartment. This is an 2 bedroom property with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/living room and a lovely south west facing balcony. Safe and quiet area with some parking available. Good bus routes nearby and a 5 minute drive to Wycombe Train Station with lines directly into London. 15 minute drive to Amersham Station which is on the Metropolitan Tube Line.

As this is my home, I would like someone who is clean and friendly.

All bills, including council tax, included. Access to Netflix, Apple TV and Sky broadband.
