Single upper floor room to let in a modern 3-storey townhouse in a quiet cul-de-sac 1 mile east of High Wycombe town centre with own shower room (though not en suite) and almost sole use of the ground floor sitting room (with TV) which opens onto the paved garden which you are also welcome to use. (My access to the garden is through this room).

There’s a shared kitchen on the middle floor and a utility room on the ground floor; also a small sole use storage cupboard.

Off street parking is on the drive.

The house is within walking distance of the town, station, gym, outdoor pool, park, pubs …. and Lidl - and is just 2 miles from junction 3 of the M40.

Most bills are included but I will require a contribution to gas, electricity and water usage.

I’ve let on a Monday to Friday basis before and now feel it’s right to share the space full time. I'm pretty easy going and am often out and sometimes away so there will be times when you will have the space to yourself.
