I am a current tenant looking for a new flat mate to replace me, as i will be moving out at the end of October and my flat mate is looking to continue living here. The Flat has a spacious living room, large kitchen and shared bathroom. The flat is a quick 5 minute walk from the train station, and a 5 minute walk in to the centre of town. The property is under Council Tax band C. The living room, bathroom and kitchen is already fully furnished. The room to rent will be unfurnished. Neighbours are very friendly and quiet. The current flat mate has a friendly male cat living at the property.

The new tenant will require vetting by the estate agent.

The parking space is in use by the current tenant, but parking permits are available.
