Large Single Room

A large single room available for single occupancy with live in landlord. Room is fully furnished but you will need your own bed linen, mattress protectors will be provided. Bills included. Deposit required. I’m happy to consider long or short term tenancy with one month notice required.

Shared bathroom, kitchen, and cloakroom. You will be expected to keep all communal areas clean and tidy plus regularly clean your room.

Option to rent Monday to Friday (four nights) for £550 per month.

Location is fairly central to High Wycombe with excellent transport links by road and rail. High Wycombe train station is less than 10 minutes walk. Frequent local buses 27, 31, 31S, 33 and 34 are 1 minute walk. 15 minutes walk to the Eden Centre. Wycombe Rye Park is a 15 minutes walk (Park Run every Saturday morning). 10 minutes walk to the London Road for buses to Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Uxbridge and Heathrow Airport. There are plenty of small local shops within walking distance of my property.

The room would suit a professional male/female, working full time with hobbies. No option for working from home due to limited space in my house.

I’m a yoga instructor with multiple hobbies, so I’m often busy doing something. I keep myself to myself but happy to help with any local queries or provide advice on getting settled into the area.
