There are two shared bathrooms in the house, one with bath, one with shower.
The house is in the side street, close to town centre. 11 minutes waling to Eden Shopping Centre, 13 minutes to University, 7 minutes walk to Lidl and Aldi. Other shops and take-aways close by.
There is Virgin Media broadband along with extra access points installed in the house, providing excellent Wi-Fi coverage. Off-street parking is possible, please enquire.
