Hello, we are a gay couple in our late 30s living with our two gorgeous Boston Terriers.

We have a beautiful fully furnished luxury king-size bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, available in our home. This is available as a weekday-only let (Sunday evening to Friday evening).

The house is located in a gated development in the centre of High Wycombe, 10 min-walk from the train station and 4 min-walk from the town centre and the Eden shopping centre.

What's included:
- fully-furnished king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the top floor: you get the biggest room in the house;
- the room equipped with a desk, computer screen and an apple TV;
- all bills and WIFI included, including household access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Spotify;
- Google Home and Alexa available in most rooms;
- access to fully equipped shared kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine, washing machine and dryer);
- parking available on driveway for one car (if needed);
- access to shared downstairs toilet, garden and living room (with a 65'' TV);
- cleaning of the house (including your room) on an approximately fortnightly basis;
- lots of love and lots of licks from our two beautiful dogs.

What you need to be suitable to live with us:
- you need to absolutely LOVE dogs (they are the boss here). You can keep them out of your bedroom if you wish, otherwise they will have access to all shared areas (including the sofa and your lap for cuddles, most likely);
- you need to be a professional in full-time employment (no students, sorry), work references and DBS checks will be required prior to moving in;
- suitable for one person only (not suitable for couples);
- you need to be ok around LGBTQ+ people: you don't need to be LGBTQ+ yourself, but you need to be absolutely ok living with a gay couple (no bigots, moralists or anyone who doesn't like LGBTQ+ people for whatever reason);
- you need to be clean and tidy: you will be sharing our home, not a third-party rented property, and you'll need to be respectful of both the shared areas and the room you will be staying in;
- zero tolerance to smoking or to the use of any recreational drugs: any use or possession of any sort of illegal substances will get you kicked out with immediate effect and reported to the police straight away.

Desirable (but not necessary):
- a good sense of humour
- sociable and friendly
- enjoy good food and good wine

If what you need is a beautiful room on a Sunday to Friday basis, in a spotless new property, living with clean and friendly professionals (and two gorgeous dogs!) located bang-on in the centre of town, at a stone-throw from the train station and all the amenities, do give us a shout. Short term lodgers (minimum one month) will be considered.

Short-term lets considered (minimum 1 month). Rent can be paid weekly or monthly via direct debit. 5 weeks' deposit required in advance. Rolling lodging contract with 2-week notice from either party.
