The room is unfurnished; however, the current tenant is happy to sell the bed frame, mattress, clothing rail, and chest of drawers for a small price.

Bills are included but are subject to fluctuation due to price changes, reliable and fast internet. Private landlord who is easy to contact, reliable, and quick to fix any issues.
