House-Share. Looking for other working professionals.
2-bed, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet), 1 toilet.
Bills not included as part of rent. They are under my name, approximately £150 per month currently (Electricity, Gas, Water, Vodafone Internet, Council Tax)
House technically is unfurnished, but combination of landlord items and purchases means largely completely furnished.
Double Bed Room - Double Bed Frame, Mattress, Chest of Drawers, Ikea Desk, Chair, Ikea Bookshelf, Wardrobe.
Kitchen/Living - Oven, Electric Hob, 1 Undercounter Fridges, 1 Undercounter Freezer, Dishwasher. (These are the only furnishing provided with the house), 1 Undercounter Fridge, 1 Washing Machine, 1 TV, 1 Dining Table, Chairs, Recling Chair.
As you can see from the pictures, the room itself is moderately sized but a large part of the living room is available if you would like to situate a desk, couch, or anything else outside of your room.
Have been a tenant at this house for past 2 years and have had a good relationship with the landlord and any serious issues have been handled very promptly.
About me
I work locally, a standard 9-5.
I enjoying cooking so I meal prep quite heavily. So the kitchen might get a bit busy/messy. But generally, I currently keep to my room.
I am looking for a house-mate who is mature and able to have honest conversations and discussions if things bother them around the house. (If we should setup cleaning routas, etc) The past 2 years my flatmates have been friends so this has been more relaxed.
House will be professionally cleaned at the end of current tenancy (incl. Carpet Steam Clean, Oven Deep-Clean)
