Lovely double room in private gated community

Double bedroom available in two bedroom flat. It’ll just be myself sharing with you, I work in London so I’m generally out 13/14 hours a day. So you would normally get the mornings/early evenings to yourself.

Room is located in a private gated community, which makes for very quiet and peaceful living.

You’re never more than 10 minutes walk from anything, including:
Train station - 7 minutes
Gym - 5 minutes
Town centre - 2 minutes
Supermarket - 5/10 minutes

Room comes with a double bed, chest of draws and bedside table. Kitchen is fully kitted out in new electricals, white goods included.

I’m young (29), sociable, always up for a beer or a gym session. I cook every evening but do love a Chinese on a Friday evening.
