Hi! I’m offering a double bedroom with storage in my 2‑bed end‑of‑terrace house in High Wycombe (Queen Street area). The house has a garden, plenty of room, and great transport links including a short walk to the railway station and town centre. Very calm environment, nice, and clean with good amenities quite close to the house too.

About the room & house
• Large double room with natural light and built‑in storage.
• Shared use of living room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden.
• On‑street parking with resident permit parking available
• Bills (electricity, gas, water, wifi) some included - specifics in description below.

Rent & terms
• £850 per month all bills included
• Deposit: Equivalent to 1 month’s rent.
• Flexible stay minimum: Negotiable, ideally more than 2 months

• Notice: 1 month’s notice after minimum stay.
• References preferred (employment or previous landlord).

• Bills included (wifi, water & council tax Band C; gas/electric).
• Rent excludes any lump electricity/gas overages.
