I have recently moved out of my flat and have it on the market to sell but am happy to rent it out until the summer on a short term basis. I can rent it out as a 1 bed flat for £1350 pcm or as a 2 bed flat with an ensuite at £1600 pcm. Most of the bills are included, but you will be in charge of paying for your own gas and electric. If you’re interested, I will ask you to book through Airbnb and I will adjust the price accordingly for you. I’m happy to do short term, month by month.
